GENERAL HOSPITAL. And ONTARIO NURSES' ASSOCIATION If the Hospital agrees to a job-sharing arrangement pursuant to Article of the Central Agreement, the following conditions shall apply unless otherwise agreed to by the parties: Job sharing requests with regard to full-time positions shall be considered on an individual basis. Total hours worked by the job sharer shall equal one (1) full-time position. The division of these hours on the schedule shall be determined by mutual agreement between the two (2) nurses and the Head Nurse of the Unit. The above schedules shall conform with the scheduling provisions of the Full-Time Collective Agreement. Each job sharer may exchange shifts with her partner, as well as with other nurses as provided by the Collective Agreement. The job sharers involved will have the right to determine which partner works on scheduled paid holidays and sharers shall only be required to work the number of paid holidays that a full-time nurse would be required to work. :

GENERAL HOSPITAL. APPENDIX SUPERIOR CONDITIONS ACCUMULATION OF SENIORITY The following provisions apply to nurses employed prior to October When a nurse is granted a leave of absence she accumulate seniority for the first three ( 3 ) months of a granted leave of absence. Seniority shall accumulate during a maternity leave of not more than six (6) months and during adoption leave for up to three (3) months duration. A nurse shall accumulate seniority if she absent from work for a period of nine (9) months or less because of sickness or accident.   • Hospital This plan covers behavioral health services if you are inpatient at a general or specialty hospital. See Inpatient Services in Section 3 for additional information. Residential Treatment Facility This plan covers services at behavioral health residential treatment facilities, which provide: • clinical treatment; • medication evaluation management; and • 24-hour on site availability of health professional staff, as required by licensing regulations. Intermediate Care Services This plan covers intermediate care services, which are facility-based programs that are: • more intensive than traditional outpatient services; • less intensive than 24-hour inpatient hospital or residential treatment facility services; and • used as a step down from a higher level of care; or • used a step-up from standard care level of care. Intermediate care services include the following: • Partial Hospital Program (PHP) – PHPs are structured and medically supervised day, evening, or nighttime treatment programs providing individualized treatment plans. A PHP typically runs for five hours a day, five days per week. • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – An IOP provides substantial clinical support for patients who are either in transition from a higher level of care or at risk for admission to a higher level of care. An IOP typically runs for three hours per day, three days per week.

  • TEACHERS AND RESEARCHERS 1. An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution, visits that other State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other State on any remuneration for such teaching or research.
