Sharing Arrangement definition

Sharing Arrangement means any Shared Services Agreement, Joint Sales Agreement or Local Marketing Agreement.

More Definitions of Sharing Arrangement

Sharing Arrangement means an agreement entered into by the Charterer under the terms by which the parties thereto may (i) charter vessels to and from one another, (ii) charter and cross-charter capacity in the parties’ vessels and (iii) enter into such other sharing arrangements as are customary with ocean carriers engaged in similar trades.
