FULL TIME REPRESENTATIVE. A full time representative of the Union may be called in by the employees at any Step of the Grievance Procedure. The grievor may be present during all Steps of the Grievance Procedure, including grievance and arbitration hearings.

FULL TIME REPRESENTATIVE. Any Employee who is elected to a full time position with the Union shall be granted leave of absence without pay and while on such leave of absence shall retain his seniority. Such leave not to exceed one year but shall be renewable from year to year provided the request is made in writing by the Union.
