Deductions from Accrued Sick Leave Credits. ‌ Deductions shall be made from an employee's accumulated sick leave credits for leave of absence as specified in Article 18.01. Such deductions from Accumulated Sick Leave Credits shall only be made after sick leave credits earned in any given calendar year, in accordance with Article 18.02 have been exhausted. No compensation shall be paid to the employee under Article 18.05 until such time that all Accumulated Sick Leave Credits have been exhausted.

  • Deductions from Sick Leave A deduction shall be made from accumulated sick leave of all normal working days (exclusive of holidays) absent for sick leave.
