Food Service Facilities a. [X] GTCC will grant High Schools Students with the same access to food service facilities on GTCC’s campus as is provided to GTCC Students.
Food Service Facilities. UNCG will grant High Schools Students with the same access to food services on UNCG’s campus utilizing cash sales or approved meal plans available by payment of fee to UNCG’s food service provider.
Food Service Facilities. SFA facilities that require food service. A current Food Service Facilities list on file with the Office of Nutrition Administration – School Nutrition Department.
Food Service Facilities. Space for Company to prepare and perform Food Service at the Premises including, without limitation, kitchen, dining, service, office and storage areas.

Client shall make available to ARAMARK suitable Food Service Facilities, completely equipped and ready to operate, together with such heat, refrigeration, and utilities service as may be reasonably required for the efficient performance of ARAMARK’s engagement pursuant to Section 1 of this Agreement. The Food Service Facilities shall include adequate dressing rooms and rest rooms for ARAMARK's employees and appropriate office space and office equipment including, but not limited to, desks, chairs, tables, filing cabinets and safe, for the exclusive use of ARAMARK in the performance of ARAMARK’s engagement pursuant to Section 1 this Agreement. Client shall have full access to the Food Service Facilities at all times.
Food Service Facilities. Anyone required to use a steamer shall receive adequate training. Supervisory personnel in the food service area may perform work reserved to bargaining unit employees only when bargaining unit employees are absent or on leave and substitutes are not available, or such supervisory personnel may provide incidental assistance to bargaining unit employees, provided that they do not displace incumbent members of the bargaining unit. Whenever there is a change in the hours or job description in food service positions, the most senior person in the same classification shall be entitled to move to that job.
Food Service Facilities. Client shall make available to Aramark suitable the Food Service Facilities identified at Attachment J (CSUDH Food Locations, Revenue, and Square Footage) to the Food Service RFP, completely equipped (not including smallwares) and ready to operate, together with such heat, refrigeration, and utilities service as may be reasonably required for the efficient performance of this Agreement. The Food Service Facilities shall include adequate dressing rooms and rest rooms for Aramark’s employees and appropriate office space and office equipment including, but not limited to, desks, chairs, tables, filing cabinets and safe, for the exclusive use of Aramark in the performance of this Agreement. Client, and Client’s third parties, including outside vendors, shall have full access to the Food Service Facilities during hours of operation.
Food Service Facilities. District shall make available to FSMC suitable Food Service Facilities, completely equipped and ready to operate, together with such heat, fuel, refrigeration, freezer and utilities services as may be reasonably required for the efficient performance of this Agreement. District shall have full access to the Food Service Facilities at all times. It is specifically understood that the School District may, without interfering with normal food service, use the dining, production, and service areas from time to time for such purposes (student testing, dances, etc.) as may be required. Appropriate set-up and clean-up should all be undertaken by the School District’s personnel at no cost to the contractor. Facilities shall be restored to conditions mutually satisfactory to the contractor and the School District before the next regularly scheduled meal service. The cost of long distance telephone calls made by the Food Service Management Company will be at the contractor’s expense.

To the extent permitted under the Constitution and laws of the State of Arkansas and without waiving sovereign immunity, Client shall indemnify and hold harmless ARAMARK, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their respective directors, officers and employees, against any liability related to, or arising out of, any defective condition or the presence of asbestos, lead, fuel storage tanks or contents, indoor air pollutants or contaminants, poor air quality, or hazardous, toxic, or regulated waste substances, mold, fungi, mildew, pollutants, or contaminants (“Hazardous Substances”) or conditions that existed in, on, or upon the Food Service Facilities before the effective date of the Prior Dining Agreement (“Pre-Existing Conditions”) on or at the Facilities or the claimed or actual release or threatened release or disposal of Hazardous Substances from or at the Food Service Facilities, to the extent not caused by the willful misconduct or grossly negligent acts or omissions of ARAMARK, its employees or subcontractors, including, without limitation, fines, penalties, clean-up costs, or costs of other environmental remediation measures.
Food Service Facilities a. [X] UNCG will grant Middle College Students with the same access to food service facilities on UNCG's campus as is provided to UNCG Students. (Currently, GCS provides breakfast and lunch to Middle College students and only seniors can eat lunch in EUC.)
