Long Distance Telephone Calls. Cabin telephones are toll restricted and do not permit long distance calls except for calling card calls, credit card calls, collect calls, valid third party calls, and emergency (911) calls. Guests agree that any special feature calls, including, but not limited to, Call Return, Call Block, and Call Forwarding that Guests activate will be billed to Guests credit card on file plus a $15 service charge per incidence.

For all services provided by the CONSULTANT under this Agreement, VSE agrees to pay a monthly fee of $14,170.00 per month for the term of twelve months, or such lesser pro rata amount in the event the term is extended by mutual agreement of the parties up to 18 months, not to exceed $170,040.00 for the entire term of this AGREEMENT. Occasionally, VSE may require services other than those described in paragraph one of this AGREEMENT.
