Executive Agency. Nothing in this clause 14 shall be deemed to prohibit, prevent or hinder, or render the Secretary of State liable for, the disclosure of any information by the Secretary of State to the ▇▇▇, Network Rail, the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration, a Minister of the Crown, any department of the government of the United Kingdom, the Scottish Parliament, the National Assembly of Wales, the Mayor of London, the Greater London Authority or any department or officer of any of them or of information which is otherwise disclosed for the purpose of facilitating the carrying out of his functions.

An Elective may be completed in the UK or abroad. Exposure Prone Procedures Invasive procedures where there is a risk that injury to a member of Staff may result in the exposure of the patient’s open tissues to the blood of the member of Staff. Governing Documents The constitution, standing financial instructions, scheme of delegation, and/or other document overseeing the governance of a Party. Guidance The Education and Training Tariff guidance published by the Department of Health and Social Care (as may be updated and/or superseded from time to time and which may be published in future by the Department of Health and Social Care or HEE).

In relation to NHS Digital's obligations under the Freedom of Information ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and/or Central Government transparency requirements, the Connecting Party hereby gives its consent for NHS Digital to publish to the general public the Confidential Information. NHS Digital shall, prior to publication, take reasonable steps to consult with the Connecting Party on the manner and format of publication and to inform the Connecting Party of its decision regarding any redactions but NHS Digital shall have the final decision in its absolute discretion and the Connecting Party acknowledges that NHS Digital may be required to disclose Confidential Information without consulting the Connecting Party.

DIT Means the Department for International Trade. Domestic Law Means an applicable law, statute, bye-law, regulation, order, regulatory policy, guidance or industry code, judgment of a relevant court of law, or directives or requirements of any regulatory body, delegated or subordinate legislation which replaces EU law as a consequence of the UK leaving the European Union. Domestic Successor Means: a) a body that takes over the functions of the European Commission in the UK on the date the UK withdraws from the European Union; or b) the relevant courts in England which take over the functions of the Court of Justice of the European Union in England on the date the UK withdraws from the European Union.
