Change Control Notice means the notice referred to in clause F12 (Change Control)].

Change Control Notice means the notice referred to in Clause 6.3 (Change Control) "Commencement Date" means the date set out in the Order Form "Commercially Sensitive Information" means the information (i) listed in Appendix 7 (Commercially Sensitive Information); or (ii) notified to the Contracting Body in writing (prior to the commencement of the Contract) which has been clearly marked as Commercially Sensitive Information comprised of information:-

Change Control Notice means a written record setting out the proposed changes of a Change Request from Evalucom to Client setting out the effects that such Change will have on the Agreement including, without limitation, timescales and costs to deliver the Change;
Change Control Notice means the notice set out in Annex D containing details of agreed variations to the Agreement
