  • The Commonwealth or such other persons as may be nominated in writing by the Contract Administrator (including the Host Nation) may, after written notice is given to the Contractor by the Contract Administrator, occupy, use, operate or maintain (or arrange for Other Contractors to occupy, use, operate or maintain) any part of the Works or a Stage although the whole of the Works or the Stage has not reached Completion.

Failure to successfully retrain an employee who has been properly authorized to be armed under this contract within twelve (12) months of the last training date will constitute a lapse in the employee’s authorization to possess and carry the weapon. All unauthorized employees will immediately surrender their weapon and authorization letter to the contractor and will remain unarmed until such time as they are retrained and newly approved by the arming authority.
