Relevant Courts definition

Relevant Courts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.6.
Relevant Courts means New York State court or United States federal court sitting in the Borough of Manhattan in the city of New York.
Relevant Courts means the courts of New York as set out in the Transaction Documents.
