The Relevant Courts shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may, directly or indirectly, arise out of or in connection with this Guarantee including a dispute relating to any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection herewith and BNPP submits to the jurisdiction of the Relevant Courts.
