Principal Staff. The following staff members shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Board of Directors:
Principal Staff. The Chief Executive Officer shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Board of Directors. The Chief Executive Officer shall serve as the Board Secretary and administer the business and activities of PRISM, subject to the general supervision and policy direction of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee; shall be responsible for all minutes, notices and records of PRISM and shall perform such other duties as are assigned by the Board and Executive Committee.
Principal Staff. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Managing Director, and Xxx Xxx, Vice President, and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Senior Analyst will be assigned as principal staff members. Other KNN staff will be available depending upon the nature of a particular assignment.
