Partial Days Sample Clauses

The Partial Days clause defines how obligations, payments, or calculations are handled when they apply to only a portion of a calendar day rather than a full day. Typically, this clause specifies that amounts due or services rendered for partial days are prorated based on the actual time involved, such as dividing a daily rate by the number of hours or minutes applicable. Its core function is to ensure fairness and accuracy in situations where contract terms do not align perfectly with full days, thereby preventing disputes over partial performance or payment.
