Employee Family Assistance Program. (EFAP) services and the PEBT The Parties request that the PEBT Board undertake a review to assess the administering of all support staff Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP) plans.
Employee Family Assistance Program. Coverage for psychological counselling, nutritional, legal, and financial consultation, access to a personal trainer, e-learning courses, health and wellness resources, and work life services (e.g. cultural transition support, child and eldercare resources, etc.) continues during the term of your post retirement contract.
Employee Family Assistance Program. The services of an Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP) are available to eligible employees in accordance with the terms of the contract between the College and the Service Provider. J Employment Insurance Employees shall be covered for employment insurance.

Employee Family Assistance Program. (a) It is recognized that the success of the Employee Family Assistance Program is enhanced by the cooperation and support of both the Employer and the Union. It is further agreed that substantial changes to the scope or framework of the Program shall only take place upon consultation between the parties through the JIBRC, as listed in Article 21.6.
Employee Family Assistance Program a. The Board agrees to provide an Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP) for teachers or members of their immediate family. There will be no charge for services provided by the EFAP Counsellor. If professional assistance beyond what is provided by the EFAP Counsellor is required and a fee is charged for this service, this cost will be the responsibility of the teacher.

Employee Family Assistance Program a. Each employee shall contribute as his/her share of the Employee Family Assistance Program $10.00 of the annual premium costs. The Board shall contribute as its share of the Employee Family Assistance Program the balance of the annual premium costs. Membership in this plan is compulsory for all regular and temporary employees.

Employee Family Assistance Program. 28.01 The Company and the Union share a deep concern about the problems which exist in our society today. Therefore, the Company agrees to an Employee Assistance Program. In addition, two (2) representatives, the Union Chairperson and a designate from the Company, will update and modify the program as required by mutual agreement. These EAP representatives will meet on a regular basis and will promote its functions with a view of encouraging employees to bring forth possible problem situations in an effort to get appropriate assistance as soon as possible. The Company will ensure that the Union EAP representative will be given the opportunity to attend the Unifor 40 hr training and education Employee Family Assistance Program course conducted at the Unifor education training center in Port Elgin, at no cost to the individual including lost time during their regular working hours where applicable. The EAP representatives will serve as a resource to those individuals looking for assistance and are not intended to replace professional counseling services. The EAP representatives will keep all matters brought to its attention in strict confidence. In addition the Company agrees to provide Professional EAP services through a 3rd Party Counseling Services provider. The details of the services included will be provided to the EAP representatives.
