EAP Services definition

EAP Services means assessment and referral assistance with medical and mental health problems, including alcohol or drug abuse and emotional, marital, familial, financial or other personal problems.
EAP Services means the set of services for which DES has contracted with Network Provider to provide to its employees on an as needed, referral basis. Such services may include face-to-face assessment, short-term problem solving, and referral.
EAP Services means employee assistance program services offered through Triad, which includes, but is not limited to, EAP Counseling (individual, couple and family counseling), financial and legal assistance and consultation, and additional services such as group and workshop leadership training and other informational and educational programs, as further described in Exhibit A.

Examples of EAP Services in a sentence

  • There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week.

  • As needed, and on a referral basis, Contractor shall provide EAP Services as outlined herein.

  • Contractor acknowledges that EAP has the right to audit all information and records related to its provision of EAP Services under this Contract to assure compliance with this Contract, EAP's administrative requirements and Quality Assurance Programs.

  • DES will not reimburse Contractor for EAP Services provided without prior written authorization.

  • If Contractor is unable to provide EAP Services, Contractor shall contact EAP so that EAP can refer the client elsewhere.

  • As needed, and on a referral basis, Contractor shall provide EAP Services as outlined therein.

  • Contractor must not directly ▇▇▇▇ Client for EAP Services provided pursuant to this Contract.

  • Information provided to Employees and management about EAP Services, including, in part, how EAP Services can be accessed for consultation and assistance.

  • International EAP Services are only available if specifically described and priced in a separate International Service and Fee Schedule.

  • There shall be no refund for any Eligible Employee whose employment terminates during the current quarter and the Eligible Employee shall have thirty (30) calendar days after the date of termination in which to use basic EAP Services.

Related to EAP Services

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.
