Personal Trainer definition

Personal Trainer means an individual who is a health spa under Section 13-23-2 because the individual (1) hires another individual, either as an employee or an independent contractor, to provide instruction to assist patrons to improve their physical condition or appearance through aerobic conditioning, strength training, fitness training or other exercise, and (2) is granted the use of a facility that contains exercise equipment.
