Transition Support definition

Transition Support means planning and other efforts to support a child entering into or exiting from a placement in a Host Home.
Transition Support has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Transition Support is defined in Section 16.6.

  • If the parties disagree on the cost of Transition Support, Buyer will pay the agreed portion to Seller and pay the disputed portion into third-party escrow for disbursement by arbitration.

Transition Support. Access to a bespoke online transition courses developed to help boost confidence when starting at the University;
Transition Support shall consist of the provision of Core Services, Other Services and Enhancements in accordance with this Agreement.

Transition Support. The Contractor shall provide out- going transition support. The transition period serves to ensure a positive and orderly transfer of operation responsibility with no loss of critical mission support. The transition period also serves to minimize any confusion, disruption, or other adverse impacts to production processes. During transition periods the Contractor shall provide weekly status briefings on any transition problems or concerns regarding Government Provided Equipment (GPE), Government Furnished Supplies (GFS), Government Provided Information (GPI), implementing procedures, and logistics. As processes are updated, the Contractor shall revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/Work Instructions (WIs). Should any issues arise between the incoming Contractor and the incumbent, the parties shall submit their issues and concerns to the Contracting Officer (CO) and the COR.
Transition Support means transition support provided by Seller related to the Inventory Assets and all other support, services or aid that Seller provides to Buyer in connection with the Assets, including transition support related to the Inventory Assets that pertains to sales, sales administration, technical support, warehousing, traffic or shipping. Seller and Buyer may agree that Transition Support includes other services; provided, however, that Transition Support will not include repair or service of products.

Related to Transition Support

  • Litigation support means administrative, technical, or professional services provided in support of the Government during or in anticipation of litigation.

  • Litigation support contractor means a contractor (including its experts, technical consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers) providing litigation support under a contract that contains the clause at 252.204-7014, Limitations on the Use or Disclosure of Information by Litigation Support Contractors.
