Emergency Contact. CONTRACTOR shall have a responsible person available at, or reasonably near, the Project/Service on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, seven (7) days a week, who may be contacted in emergencies and in cases where immediate action must be taken to handle any problem that might arise. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the COUNTY’s Project Manager, the phone numbers and names of personnel designated to be contacted in cases of emergencies. This list shall contain the name of their supervisors responsible for work pertaining to this Agreement.

Emergency Contact. (a) The Employer shall implement a system whereby employees can be contacted in the event of an emergency.
Emergency Contact. 11.1 Each party shall ensure that an appropriate individual employed by the party is readily available at all times to deal with any emergency in relation to the Services or arising out of the Services that places life or health at risk.
Emergency Contact. As a resident over 16 years of age I consent to the College contacting my emergency contact and/or next of kin in case of a medical crisis or critical situation.
Emergency Contact. CPS Energy and Licensee shall maintain a staffed 24-hour emergency telephone number, not available to the general public, at which either Party can report damage to Attachments or other situations requiring immediate communications between the Parties. The contact person for each Party shall be qualified and able to respond to the other Party’s concerns and requests. Failure of Licensee to maintain an emergency contact shall eliminate CPS Energy’s liability to Licensee for any actions that CPS Energy deems reasonably necessary given the specific circumstances of the emergency or other damage to Attachments requiring notice under this Section 15.2.
Emergency Contact. Each residence student shall provide the University of Waterloo with and shall allow the University of Waterloo to contact their emergency contact or next of kin, at the discretion of the University of Waterloo, in case of emergency or in cases where a resident’s conduct represents a risk to the safety, security, and/or well-being of the resident or other community members, or where the resident is incapacitated, regardless of the resident’s age. In addition to the foregoing, if the Student requires emergency medical assistance, or emergency assistance of any sort, the Student agrees that the University of Waterloo has their irrevocable consent to contact the Student’s emergency contact(s) or next of kin, if determined at the discretion of the University of Waterloo to be appropriate in the circumstances for the purposes of dealing with the emergency requiring the assistance. If the Student’s emergency contact(s) changes during the Term of residency, then the Student agrees to notify the University of Waterloo immediately.
Emergency Contact. In accordance with the 2008 Higher Education Opportunity Act, the Student must supply the name, relationship, and phone number of an emergency contact at the time of submission of the housing application or at the time of move-in. If the Student is under the age of 18 at the time of move-in, the emergency contact provided must be that of a parent or legal guardian.
Emergency Contact. Contractor shall provide the City with an emergency telephone number so that the City can reach a representative of Contractor, authorized to act on Contractor’s behalf outside of office hours. The emergency representative shall respond to any call from City within one (1) hour.
