Fines. If Tenant defaults under any of the Lease terms specified below, Director may elect to impose the fines described below on the basis of per violation per day: Violation Section Fine Violation of Premises Clause 1 $100 Violation of Use Section 3 $300 Failure to open Facility by Rent Commencement Date 2.3 $500 Failure to cause operations or Premises to comply with Laws 3.13 $100 Failure to submit required documents and reports, including Sales Reports 4.4, 4.5, and others $100 Construction or Alterations without City approval 7 $100 Failure to make required repairs 9 $300 Unauthorized advertising or signage 10 $100 Failure to obtain/maintain insurance 12 $300 Failure to obtain or maintain Deposit 13 $300 Failure to abide by any other term in this Lease $300 Director’s right to impose the foregoing Fines shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any and all other rights hereunder, in the Airport Rules, or at law or in equity. City shall have no obligation to Tenant to impose Fines on or otherwise take action against any other tenant at the Airport. Such Fines shall constitute “Additional Rent.”

Fines. Fines, penalties, forfeitures, in pounds, court costs, and other expenses, if assessed against Lessor will respect to your use of the Rental Vehicle by Renter while on rental to Renter, unless solely due to Lessor’s fault.

Fines. TMLS may collect fines from Subscriber and from Participant on Subscriber’s behalf for violation of the TMLS Policies. Payment terms for fines are set out in the TMLS Policies. TMLS may amend its schedule of fines and terms for collecting them at its sole discretion at any time.

Fines. For repeat non-major violations, multiple violations including at least one major violation, and all major violations, including those violators who do not respond to an administrative complaint, the Department will impose an administrative fine not to exceed $5,000 per violation plus any other penalty allowed by law including suspension or revocation. When imposing a fine, the Department will consider the degree and extent of harm, or potential harm, that was or could have been caused by the violation, the cost of rectifying the damage minus the actions taken by the licensee or certified operator or applicator to correct the violation or remedy complaints, whether the violation was committed willfully, the compliance record of the violator, and the costs to the Department of investigating the violation. The Department will use the attached Fine Guide to assist it in determining the appropriate amount of the fine.
Fines. RMLS may collect fines from Firm Participant and from Individual Participants for violation of the RMLS Policies by Firm Participant, Individual Participant and Subscribers. Residence Life staff have the authority to issue floor/ community fines to all members when responsibility for behaviour and/or damage in the community is not assumed by the individual(s) responsible.
