Consultant’s key persons. The Consultant ensures that all key personnel requiring access to site meet the requirements of the Employer's security and medical qualifications, as well as training and experience generally required by similar utilities elsewhere in respect of similar work. The Consultant provides orientation for all key personnel requiring access to site in accordance with the requirements of the Employer's Radiological Safety Regulations, the Employer's Industrial Safety Programme, Covid-19 public health guidelines, and in general, the whole framework of plant rules (as applicable) and regulations which may be in force at the site from time to time, which is available on request. The Consultant shall in addition also submit an organogram indicating the proposed management structure proposed for this contract. The Consultant will provide an organogram showing his people and their lines of authority and communication. This organogram would be updated for any key person’s personnel changes. The technical key persons are expected to render their service located at the Employer site offices.
Consultant’s key persons. The Consultant team is required to nominate a senior partner or director who will have overall responsibility for this project and other senior personnel responsible for the execution of the project. No change may be made without prior consultation with and approval by the Employer The Consultant team is required to submit an organogram showing the key persons and their lines of authority / communication.

The following are considered key persons by the Employer and the Consultant submits a CV with associated records of qualification and related experience at the Contract Date: Consultant’s Project Manager Consultant's Technical team lead Consultant's planner Engineers (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Metallurgy, Materials etc.) Draughtman Consultant’s document controllers SAP administrators The technical key persons are expected to mentor’s Employer’s technical leads in the areas of expertise. The Employer specifically requires mentoring for its staff from the following key persons based upon expert knowledge: Mechanical Engineer Civil/Structural engineer Instrumentation engineer Electrical engineer Material engineer Metallurgy engineer The Consultant must in addition also submit an organogram indicating the proposed management structure proposed for this contract. Consultant’s key persons. 5.1.1. The Consultant employs in and about the Provision of the Services only such persons that are careful, competent and efficient in their several trades and callings and the Employer reserves the right to object to and require the Consultant to remove from the services, forthwith, any person employed by the Consultant in or about the Provision of the Services who, in the opinion of the Employer’s Agent, misconduct’s himself or is incompetent or negligent in the proper performance of his duties (See PSC Core Clause 22.1) and such person is not again employed for the services, without the written permission of the Employer’s Agent.

Provision of bonds and guarantees The form in which a bond or guarantee required by the conditions of contract (if any) is to be provided by the
Consultant’s key persons. The Consultant is also required to submit an organogram of all key persons at tender stage and after contract award. The organogram must include the following key personnel as a minimum subject to the acceptance of the Employer’s Agent after contract award.

As a minimum the Consultant shall provide as a minimum a detailed CV’s of the following key persons: Professional Engineer with a BEng / BSc qualification in Civil Engineering and 10 years relevant experience in the installation and testing of ground anchors. Health and Safety Officer with a National Diploma qualification in Health and safety management and 5 years relevant experience in health and safety management in construction, and Site Supervisor with a National Diploma qualification in Civil Engineering and 5 years relevant experience in the installation and testing of ground anchors. The Consultant shall provide key persons as listed in the Contract Data to perform specific duties. If at any time, a particular key person cannot be made available, the Consultant may engage a replacement who is equally or better qualified to perform the stated duty, subject to the Employer’s approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Consultant indicates on an organogram his structure and key persons that will be employed by the Consultant. The Consultant indicates the contact names, level, contact numbers of each and the responsibilities of each person employed on this contract. The Consultant’s key persons is responsible for the execution of all work as stated in the Scope and all requests as requested by the Employer’s Agent or any of his delegates at the time. The Consultant’s is also responsible for coordinating working time’s as prescribed by Employer and recording of such time’s as stated in the scope of services. Provision of bonds and guarantees

Documentation control and retention Identification and communication The working papers and relevant supporting documentation will be provided by the Employer’s Agent. Any updates will be communicated via email to the firms. A copy of the working papers will be made available by the Employer’s Agent. The Eskom approved templates will be utilised for the documentation. This will be provided by the Employer’s Agents.
