Key Persons definition
Key Persons has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2A.
Key Persons means Contractor’s Authorized Representative, the Project Manager, and all other Contractor personnel designated as Key Persons in Exhibit E.
Key Persons shall be defined in this Agreement as individuals performing the Products and Services pursuant to this Agreement and (a) have signed this Agreement on behalf of the Contractor and/or (b) are listed in Exhibit F – Certificate Verifying Key Persons of the Contractor (“Exhibit F”) attached and incorporated into this Agreement. Key Persons include the names of all employees, agents, and subcontractors of the Contractor who perform or render Products and Services pursuant to this Agreement.
