Conference Rooms. Developer shall provide three enclosed conference rooms, one to 44 seat at least 24 people and accommodate at least 50 people, and two to seat at least 12 45 people and accommodate at least 24 people each. All conference rooms must have 46 dimmable lighting. Developer shall provide each conference room with a conference 1 room table and chairs. Developer shall also provide 10 additional chairs alongside walls.

Conference Rooms. Developer shall provide an audio visual solution to support the 29 collocated office and field office conference rooms, including a projector and conference 30 telephone and integrated audio, video, displays, and control systems. Conference Rooms. At each Agency location, Union representatives are permitted to reserve and use conference rooms for union activity to the same extent as employees who act on behalf of other non-federal organizations. Conference Rooms. (i) Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use the MEET24 conference rooms located on the first floor of the Building (“First Floor Conference Room”) , or such other location in the Building as may be determined by Landlord from time to time, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as may be implemented by Landlord, and provided that Tenant leaves the conference rooms in a clean and sightly condition, free of debris, after each such use. Such use shall be on a “first come, first served” non-exclusive basis and must be scheduled with the property manager prior to Tenants use, provided that any such scheduling more than forty-five (45) days in advance shall be subject to the preferential rights granted to a major tenant at the Complex. Tenant shall not place, use or install any furniture, property or equipment in the conference rooms which is not removed immediately after each use, without the prior written consent of Landlord.
Conference Rooms. A conference room is available in the Technology Center. Licensees can reserve the conference room for periods of 2 to 4 hours by calling the NOC at (000) 000-0000. Licensees will be charged a minimum of two hours and additional hours in one hour increments. Cancellation charges shall apply if rooms are not cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Order Processing and Invoicing Upon order acceptance and approval, RMU will issue a letter acknowledging the order and informing Licensee of the "Target Installation Completion Date". The Target Installation Completion date indicates when the Licensee's Space and services are "Licensee ready". Orders may have more than one Target Installation Completion Date for Space and power. RMU's deployment team may engage Licensee during the installation planning stage at which time mutual tasks, responsibilities, and timeframes will be identified and committed with regard to the Target Installation Completion Date. Cross-connects will be billed when installed by RMU. Licensee can request one-time services such as remote hands, conference rooms, etc., by calling the NOC at (000) 000-0000. Once a month, RMU will invoice Licensee for all fees associated with service requests performed during the prior month. Change Orders
Conference Rooms. As of February 2019, Phase Two does not meter for payment the use of its conference rooms but reserves the right to do so in the future. If we switch to a paid conference room system, conference rooms may then be reserved at an additional charge and are subject to availability. Conference rooms can also be used on an “un-metered" basis if they are available but be aware that you can be removed by a member who chooses to go on the meter and reserve the room. Details of any proposed fee structure will be provided to the Members at least 30 days prior to implementation.
