Prior Month definition

Prior Month means the month immediately prior to the Delivery Month.
Prior Month shall have the meaning given in the Section 3.12(b).
Prior Month s Fees” means the Fees paid to us by you with respect to Payments executed in the calendar month prior to the calendar month relating to the relevant Service Levels and service credits.

More Definitions of Prior Month

Prior Month means the month preceding the current month and for which payment is due and owing to XXX COUNTY from REMC for Available Energy pursuant to a Transaction(s) during a preceding month.
