LAVATORIES. Cleaning and janitorial services to be provided in the common area lavatories of the building shall include:
LAVATORIES a. Wash down interior walls and toilet partitions.
LAVATORIES a. Sweep and wash floors with disinfectant.
LAVATORIES. The toilet rooms, toilets, urinals, wash bowls and other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the tenant who, or whose Tenant Parties, shall have caused it.
LAVATORIES. Daily: (Monday through Friday, inclusive, holidays observed by the cleaning company excepted).
LAVATORIES. 1. Floors are to be swept and washed using an approved antiseptic liquid detergent. Floors are to be machine scrubbed as needed but not less frequently than every quarter.
LAVATORIES a. Sweep and wash floors with disinfectant. b. Wash both sides of toilet seats with disinfectant. c. Wash all mirrors, basins, bowls, urinals. d. Spot-clean toilet partitions. e. Empty and disinfect sanitary napkin disposal receptacles. f. Refill toilet tissue, towel, soap and sanitary napkin dispensers.
LAVATORIES. All lavatory floors to be swept and washed with disinfectant nightly. Tile walls and dividing partitions to be washed and disinfected weekly. Basins, bowls, urinals to be washed and disinfected daily. Mirrors, shelves, plumbing work, bright work, and enamel surfaces cleaned nightly. Waste receptacles will be emptied and cleaned and wash dispensaries to be filled with appropriate tissues, towels, and soap nightly.
LAVATORIES. All lavatory areas shall be clean and reasonably free of cracks and free of detectable corrosion, meet safety and health standards, present a good appearance and shall be free of abnormal contamination; all lavatory floors and floor coverings shall be in good condition and clean, shall be sealed and reasonably stain-free (by U.S. commercial airline standards), and shall have an effective non-skid coating; mirrors shall be free of cracks and delamination and free of noticeable and unsightly scratches; all doors and latches shall be properly fitted and fully functional; lavatory systems shall be clean, free of leaks, detectable cracks that are unacceptable by U.S. commercial airline standards and other defects and shall be properly sealed and fully functional; and
