Clinical Supervisor. A Clinical Supervisor is an Employee who has completed their physiotherapy or health science degree and has a minimum of two years clinical experience in the private sector. Clinical Supervisor. The District or WGU shall appoint a Clinical Supervisor who shall observe Teacher Candidates in the classroom on six separate occasions during a Student Teaching Assignment and will assess the Teacher Candidate's progress toward mastery of teaching competencies.
Clinical Supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor shall be one of the following: 1) a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a current license from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences; 2) a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a current license from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences; or 3) a licensed Psychologist with a current license from the California Board of Psychology. The Clinical Supervisor shall also have a minimum of two years of experience within the last five years, providing direct client services similar to the services listed in this SOW.

Naturally findings can only be of benefit to others if the results are appropriately disseminated via presentations and / or publication. Dissemination may take many forms, such as the presentation of results to local health care professionals, patient groups or other interested parties; talks or posters at relevant meetings or conferences; or more widely via publication as journal articles. The trainee, all supervisors and any other relevant collaborators* should be recognised as authors in any publications or other outputs (e.g. posters / presentations) derived from the project where their involvement would meet criteria for authorship. Preferably, the student / trainee should be first author and should prepare the manuscript, receiving suitable advice, assistance and encouragement from supervisors and other collaborators as relevant. All such publications / presentations should be circulated to all authors for comment prior to being submitted / presented. It is suggested that if the student / trainee is unable to prepare work to a standard suitable for submission to relevant conference(s) or journal(s) within one year of completing the project (or another agreed time-frame), then with the agreement of the student / trainee and the other authors the academic supervisor may endeavour to prepare and submit findings that would make a reasonable contribution to the literature. Clinical Supervisor. Contractor shall provide qualified clinical supervisor who will provide the following:  Clinical supervision and oversight of case management interactions with AHH participants;  Regular clinical supervision sessions with AHH case management staff;  Chart review and case conferences on AHH participants; and  Availability for on-call for emergency situations encountered by AHH case management staff.
Clinical Supervisor. Practicum Site will provide a licensed, eligible clinical supervisor ("Supervisor") for each Practicum Student. This Supervisor will be an employee of the Practicum Site. A licensed eligible clinical supervisor is defined as a licensed marriage and family therapist, a licensed professional clinical counselor, a licensed clinical social worker, a licensed psychologist, a licensed physician certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, or a licensed physician who has completed a residency in psychiatry. Each Supervisor must have been licensed by the appropriate California agency for at least two (2) years and must have completed at least six (6) hours of continuing educate in the area of supervision within the last two (2) years.   • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • CONTRACTOR SUPERVISION Contractor shall provide competent supervision of personnel employed on the job Site, use of equipment, and quality of workmanship.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing – Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.

  • Occupational Health & Safety Committee The parties agree to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and any other federal, provincial or municipal health and safety legislation and regulations. Recognizing its responsibilities under the applicable legislation, the Employer agrees to accept as a member of its Occupational Health and Safety Committee, one representative selected or appointed by the Association from the bargaining unit. Such committee shall identify potential dangers and hazards, institute means of improving health and safety programs and recommend actions to be taken to improve conditions relating to occupational health and safety. Meetings shall be held every third month or more frequently if mutually agreed. The Committee shall maintain minutes of all meetings and make the same available for review.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union recognize the role of the joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee in promoting a safe and healthful workplace. The parties agree that a Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall be established for each Employer covered by this Collective Agreement. The Committee shall govern itself in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Health and Safety Regulations made pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Act. The Committee shall be as between the Employer and the Union, with equal representation, and with each party appointing its own representatives. Representatives of the Union shall be chosen by the Union membership or appointed by the Union. All minutes of the meetings of the Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committee will be recorded in a mutually agreeable format and will be sent to the Union. The Union further agrees to actively pursue with the other Health Care Unions a Joint Union Committee for the purposes of this Article. The Employer agrees to provide or cause to be provided to Employer members of the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee adequate training and orientation to the duties and responsibilities of committee members to allow the incumbents to fulfil those duties competently. The Union agrees to provide or cause to be provided to Union members of the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee adequate training and orientation to the duties and responsibilities of committee members to allow the incumbents to fulfil those duties competently.
