AMALGAMATION, CONSOLIDATION OR MERGER. 6.01 Before the Employer contracts with another educational institution to amalgamate Departments, programs or Faculties, it shall notify the Association and shall provide it with an opportunity to make representations to the Employer regarding any such proposal.

  • MERGER AND CONSOLIDATION The Company will not consolidate with or merge with or into, or convey, transfer or lease all or substantially all its assets to, any Person, unless:

  • Merger The Company merges into or consolidates with another corporation, or merges another corporation into the Company, and as a result less than a majority of the combined voting power of the resulting corporation immediately after the merger or consolidation is held by persons who were stockholders of the Company immediately before the merger or consolidation.

  • Consolidation The Employer may consolidate grievances arising out of the same set of facts.
