Cashback. (a) Cashback transactions shall be limited to the maximum of $200 per Cardholder on any transaction date. If Merchant allows Cardholders to initiate cashback transactions, Merchant must transmit to the Debit Network for each cashback transaction initiated at Merchant’s location, the following information in its transaction message: (i) the amount of cashback given to the Cardholder pursuant to the POS transaction; and (ii) Whether the POS transactions involved the issuance of scrip to the cardholder. For purposes of cashback reporting required under this paragraph, the full amount debited from Cardholder's account during a Debit transaction initiated at terminal that issues scrip shall be reported as the cashback amount, regardless of the amount used by the Cardholder to purchase goods or services at the Merchant’s location. (b) If Merchant receives, in response to a request for authorization for a cashback transaction involving the purchase of goods and services, a denial code indicating that a cashback transaction has been denied solely because the cashback portion of the Debit transaction would cause the Cardholder to exceed a limit on cash withdrawals imposed on the Cardholder by the Card issuing bank, Merchant shall inform Cardholder that the transaction was denied because it would cause the Cardholder to exceed such limit on cash withdrawals, but that a new Debit transaction in the amount of the purchase alone may be approved.

Cashback. PayPal provides 0.5% cashback on the Net Amount of Eligible Payments with your Card(s). This means 0.5% of the Net Amount of your Eligible Payments with your Card(s) will be credited to your PayPal account as weekly payouts. From time to time, we might increase the cashback rate (for example to 1%) for a limited period of time. We will announce such promotional campaigns with an increased cashback rate (including eligibility criteria) in email and/or on our website to you.
Cashback. 28.1. If eligible, the Customer shall be entitled to Cashback at the percentage rate reflected in the applicable Order Form and the Pricing Page on Pleo’s Website (the “Cashback Rate”).

We reserve the right to modify, change or terminate the terms and conditions applicable to Cashbacks at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, the term Cashback may also be referred to as Cash Rebate.
Cashback. If Merchant allows Cardholders to initiate Cashback transactions, Merchant must transmit for each Cashback transaction initiated at a Merchant location the amount of Cashback given to Cardholder pursuant to the transaction. Merchant may not give a Cardholder Cashback in an amount greater than the dollar amount authorized or the difference between the amount and the total purchase price for Merchant’s goods or services, whichever is the smaller amount, and in no case shall Merchant give Cashback in an amount exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00). If a Cashback transaction is denied solely because the Cashback amount would cause Cardholder to exceed any daily limit on cash withdrawals applicable to Cardholder’s Card, Merchant shall tell Cardholder the reason for the denial and invite Cardholder to initiate a POS transaction for the purchase amount alone.

Eligible Payments are all transactions using your Card except for: • payments which are reversed (such as returns) or refunded; • returns and refunds; • fraudulent transaction or other transactions in violation of the PayPal User Agreement, PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy or this Agreement; • withdrawals (Withdrawals at an ATM and Cash at Checkout); • any form of payment to governmental bodies or agencies and tax authorities, including but not limited to payments to HMRC and any tax related payments; • payment for purchases of securities, stocks, funds, savings and investments or any other form of tradable commodities; and • payments to any other financial institution, including but not limited to the payment of loans, credit card payments, purchase of financial products and issuance of cheques.

Cashback. Schedule 1 Rewards and benefits Please read this schedule to understand how the cashback scheme will operate. Who is eligible? You are eligible for cashback if you open a new account with us. The cashback scheme is available on every Ccard and every account. Your account must be open when the cashback is paid to you. We will not pay cashback if your account is closed (or suspended), even if you had earned cashback during the previous month. How is cashback earned? You will earn a 1% cashback on every Card transaction. Where the aggregate value of your monthly transactions is above £10,000, you will earn: • 1% cashback on the first £10,000; and • 1.5% cashback on any spend over £10,000. For example, if the aggregate value of your monthly transactions is £15,000, you will earn: • 1% cashback on the first £10,000, which is £100; and • 1.5% cashback on £5,000, which is £75. Your total cashback for that month will be £175. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not earn cashback on payments made by bank transfer. Payments which are included All payments made using your Card are eligible for the cashback offer, subject to the exclusions listed below. Payments which are excluded You will not earn cashback on: 1. pre-authorised transactions; 2. cash withdrawal from an ATM; or 3. a transaction if a refund payment is made in respect of that transaction. If cashback has already been paid to you, and an eligible transaction is subsequently refunded, you authorise us to deduct the appropriate amount from your account. We reserve the right to suspend the scheme where: 1. we reasonably suspect that you are unfairly manipulating this cashback scheme; 2. we reasonably suspect fraudulent or illegal activity with your account; or 3. you are in breach of the terms and conditions which apply to your account. Payment of cashback Any cashback due will be paid, in arrears, directly into your Allica account by the 10th of each calendar month. Changing the cashback offer We can amend this offer at any time with written notice to you, where the change: 1. is to make improvements which benefit you; or 2. is required by applicable law or regulation;. We can amend this offer for any other reason with at least 2 months’ prior written notice you.

Counter Transaction use of the Card and PIN to obtain cash from a counter in a branch of Lloyds Bank, or other banks where possible. If you hold an eligible Card, this may include use of Post Office® branches where counter services are available. Debit Card Transaction use of the Card or the Card number to make or authorise any payment to a Retailer who has agreed to accept the Card – for example, when you use it to pay for goods or services or for Cashback. EEA The European Economic Area, which means the countries in the European Union plus Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein. Islamic Current Account Islamic Business Account. Micro-enterprise an enterprise or group of enterprises of which it forms part which, at the time you enter into this Agreement, employs fewer than 10 people and whose annual turnover or balance-sheet total (or both) does not exceed EUR 2 million or its equivalent. Payment Scheme Exchange Rate the foreign-exchange wholesale rate set by VISA and applied to Card Transactions in foreign currencies to convert them to sterling. PIN the Personal Identification Number issued to Authorised Users – or later selected by the Authorised User if self- selection is available – to use with a Card to enable Authorised Users to make Card Transactions. Retailer a person who agrees, by arrangement with us or the Visa International Service Association, to accept a Card as payment for goods, services or cash. Security Code the last three digits on the signature strip on the reverse of a Card. Security Details details or security procedures that an Authorised User must follow or use to make an instruction, or confirm their identity – for example a PIN, or biometric data such as a fingerprint.
