Examples of Issuing Bank in a sentence
The rights and remedies of the Agent, the Issuing Bank and the Lenders hereunder and under any other Loan Document are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights or remedies that they would otherwise have.
If requested by the applicable Issuing Bank, the requesting Borrower shall submit a letter of credit application on such Issuing Bank’s standard form (each, a “Letter of Credit Agreement”).
For the avoidance of doubt, a “Lender” shall, for purposes of this paragraph, include any Issuing Bank.
In connection with any such transfer of the L-C by Landlord, Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, execute and submit to the Issuing Bank such applications, documents and instruments as may be necessary to effectuate such transfer, and Tenant shall be responsible for paying the Issuing Bank’s transfer and processing fees in connection therewith.
In the case of any such request with respect to the making of Term Benchmark Revolving Loans, such request shall be subject to the reasonable approval of the Agent and the Revolving Lenders under the applicable Revolving Facility; and in the case of any such request with respect to the issuance of Letters of Credit, such request shall be subject to the reasonable approval of the Agent and each Issuing Bank that is requested to issue Letters of Credit in such currency.
