Billing Month definition

Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).
Billing Month means each calendar month during the Delivery Period.
Billing Month means the period commencing from 25th of the calendar month and ending on the 24th of the next calendar month.

Examples of Billing Month in a sentence

  • The CAISO ACA Charge is the product of the Unit’s Billable MWh for the Billing Month and the applicable annual charge for short-term sales under 18 CFR Section 382.201 of the FERC Regulations.

  • Service which is terminated before the end of the contract term shall be billed the total of 1) the light’s monthly Fixture Charge plus 2) the per KWH Distribution Charge applicable to the light’s Billing Month KWH, times the remaining months of the contract term.

More Definitions of Billing Month

Billing Month has the meaning specified in Section 11.1.
Billing Month means an electric consumption period of not less than 26 or more than 35 days.
Billing Month means that month which immediately precedes the month in which Company is required to provide a bill for Service.
