You authorise us to a. give you a single Confirmation for a series of Transactions rather than individual Confirmations for each Transaction in the series; and
You authorise us to collect directly from any Authorised Supplier any monies due for credits, rebates, bonuses or discounts owed by such Authorised Supplier to you. Once received we shall either (in our discretion) apply such monies against amounts you owe us or credit the relevant amount to your ledger account with us and pay such monies into the bank account referred to in Clause 6.7.1.
You authorise us to collect from, and disclose to, any person any information in connection with this agreement or in relation to us providing the merchant services to you, even where such information is subsequently shown to be inaccurate. You authorise any person to provide any information about you to us which we may require in connection with this agreement. These authorisations survive the termination of this agreement.
You authorise us to disclose to any card scheme advice of termination of this agreement and merchant services and the reasons (if any) for the termination. You acknowledge that the information concerning termination of this agreement and merchant services then becomes available to any member of the card schemes. This information, available to any member of the card schemes, may be used in assessing subsequent applications for merchant facilities.
You authorise us to. (a) enter into and if necessary, break into any land, buildings, or premises occupied by you where the Asset may be to repossess the Asset;
You authorise us to. (a) disclose to any person the fact that all or part of the Merchant Agreement has been terminated;
You authorise us to. (a) allow another person, such as an exchange, clearing house or intermediate broker, to hold your Client Money for the purposes of transactions for you through or with that other person, or to meet your obligation to provide collateral for a transaction; or

You authorise us to apply without notice any credit balance on any account you have with us in satisfaction of any sum then due and payable from you to us. Each Guarantor, if any, authorises us to apply without notice any credit balance on any account such Guarantor has with us in satisfaction of any sum then due and payable from that Guarantor to us. You agree not to set-off any amount we may owe you at any time against amounts payable under this Agreement.
