Aggregate Value definition

Aggregate Value means, with respect to any block of Equity Stock, the sum of the products of (i) the number of shares of each class of Equity Stock within such block multiplied by (ii) the corresponding Market Price of one share of Equity Stock of such class.
Aggregate Value means on any calculation date the sum of the Values of all assets of the Trust Estate.
Aggregate Value means the sum total of the debtor’s equity in the property claimed exempt.

Aggregate Value means: with respect to an Option Award, the product of (x) the number of Options awarded and (y) the dollar value of each such Option according to the Black Xxxxxx option pricing model or such other option pricing model acceptable to both the Company and the Executive; with respect to a Restricted Stock Award, the product of (x) the number of Shares awarded and (y) Fair Market Value (determined without regard to the restrictions upon such Shares); and with respect to a Combination Award, the sum of the respective Aggregate Values of the Option Award and the Restricted Stock Award comprising the Combination Award. Aggregate Value means on any calculation date the sum of the Values of all assets of the Trust Estate, less moneys in any Fund or Account which the Corporation is then entitled to receive for deposit into the Indemnification Fund but has not yet removed from the Trust Estate, and less any funds to be used to pay Costs of Issuance unless, under the provisions of a Supplemental Indenture, such funds are not to be applied to the payment of Costs of Issuance to the extent the Senior Asset Requirement would not be met after such payment.
