Cashback Program. 15.1. Cashback program is a program whereby a certain percentage or a certain amount of Papara users' spending on services, transactions, merchants and/or categories determined by Papara is returned to the User's account as electronic money. 15.2. The Cashback program is open to approved or contracted Papara account holders. Institutional Papara account holders and institutional card users cannot benefit from the Cashback program. 15.3. The maximum Cashback amount and rate that can be earned for each category and/or establishment under the Cashback program are published on the Papara website and mobile app. Papara has the right to make any changes in the maximum amount and rates at any time, and the maximum amount and/or rate changes can be followed by the Users on the Papara website and mobile app. If Papara updates these changes through the website and mobile app, it will be deemed that the User is aware of the relevant change. 15.4. Without prejudice to the earnings obtained by users from their previous spending; All categories and/or establishments within the scope of the Cashback program can be removed and/or changed by Papara at any time without the need for a notification. Users are responsible for following the changes. 15.5. Papara has the right to set a lower-upper limit and to change and/or increase this limit at any time in order to earn Cashback based on the expenditures to be made by the Users in the categories and/or establishments determined within the scope of the Cashback program. 15.6. In case of cancellation/return of any expenditure that causes Cashback earnings, the amount credited to the User's account as Cashback will be automatically collected by Papara as soon as the cancellation/return is reflected in the User's electronic money account. As a result of the cancellation/return of any expenditure that causes Cashback earnings, if the establishment provides the User with a different payment method (cash, money transfer, gift voucher, etc.), the Cashback amount paid to the User is automatically collected by Papara as soon as it is reflected in the User's electronic money account. 15.7. In cases where cashback earning is stipulated for expenditures in a specific category, Papara will take into account the establishment category information and transaction description information of the establishment where the expenditure is made.
