Related Transactions definition
Related Transactions means the initial borrowing under the Revolving Loan on the Closing Date, the Refinancing, the payment of all fees, costs and expenses associated with all of the foregoing and the execution and delivery of all of the Related Transactions Documents.
Related Transactions means the transactions contemplated by the Related Agreements.

After giving effect to the execution and delivery of the Loan Documents, the other Related Transaction Documents, and the making of the Loans under this Agreement and the consummation of the Related Transactions, (a) each Loan Party is Solvent and (b) the Parent Guarantor, Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, are Solvent.
The Borrower Representative and Cirrata VI shall have received the Closing Date Equity Contribution (to the extent not otherwise applied to consummate the Related Transactions).
More Definitions of Related Transactions
Related Transactions means (a) the payment of the Closing Date Dividend, (b) the issuance of the Second Lien Obligations on the Closing Date, (c) the consummation of the other transactions contemplated by the Related Agreements and (d) the payment of fees and expenses in connection therewith.
