Accrued and Unused Vacation. Between the Transition Date and the end of the calendar year in which transition occurs, Buyer shall credit Personnel's prior service with Amoco and its Affiliates to determine their vacation eligibility under Buyer's vacation policy and allow Personnel to take off without pay the same number of hours of unused vacation they would have been eligible for with Seller but only up to the maximum allowed by Buyer's vacation policy.

Accrued and Unused Vacation. On the first regular payroll date following the Separation Date, in addition to the first Severance Payment, Employer will pay to Employee all accrued and unused vacation time pursuant to its policies. Employee understands and agrees that no further vacation will accrue to Employee as of the Separation Date.

Accrued and Unused Vacation. On March 15, 2010, the Company will pay to the Executive $14,400 in a lump sum, less lawful and applicable deductions, which amount represents the Executive’s earned but unused vacation for the first two months of 2010 which is 4.16 days. The Executive will not be entitled to receive any other compensation in lieu of accrued and unused vacation, whether accrued prior to, during or after the Term.

Accrued and Unused Vacation. At the time Moto issues payment to Xxxxxxx for work through November 1, 2001, Moto shall pay Xxxxxxx for all unused and accrued vacation through November 1, 2001. Assuming Xxxxxxx takes no vacation between October 4, 2001 and November 1, 2001, Xxxxxxx shall be entitled to payment for seventeen and one-half (17.5) vacation days.
