Accrued Base Salary. The Company will pay the Executive’s Base Salary accrued but unpaid up to and including the Termination Date, including accrued vacation pay, at the rate in effect at the time the notice of termination is given.
Accrued Base Salary. The Base Salary earned by him before the effective date of termination as provided in Section 5(a) that is unpaid (including salary payable during any applicable notice period), prorated on the basis of the number of full days of service rendered by Executive during the salary payment period to the effective date of termination; and
Accrued Base Salary. The Company shall pay to Executive his full earned but unpaid Base Salary through the Date of Termination. In addition the Company shall pay to Executive all other amounts to which Executive is entitled under any compensation plan or practice of the Company on the Date of Termination; and

Accrued Base Salary. Upon termination by Corporation pursuant to either subparagraphs (i), (ii) or (iii) of paragraph (a) above or by Executive other than pursuant to subparagraph (iv) of paragraph (a) above, the Executive (or his estate in the event of termination pursuant to subparagraph (i)), shall be entitled to receive the Base Salary accrued but unpaid as of the date of termination.
