A dditional Services. The Investment Summary contains, and the Statement of Work describes, the scope of services and related costs (including programming and/or interface estimates) required for the project based on our understanding of the specifications you supplied. If additional work is required, or if you use or request additional services, we will provide you with an addendum or change order, as applicable, outlining the costs for the additional work. The price quotes in the addendum or change order will be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of the quote.

A dditional Services. Company may also offer a Subscriber the option to avail the Additional Service(s) of the Company. Additional Service(s) is not an automatic entitlement enjoyed by the Subscriber and the Subscriber must specifically opt or subscribe to an Additional Service(s) to view the content transmitted on that Additional Service(s). Subscriber must be an active Subscriber having an Active Account Status availing the DTH Service from the Company to be eligible to opt for an Additional Service(s). The Company shall be entitled to discontinue the Additional Services at any time during the term of the Contract (notwithstanding any advance payment made by the Subscriber) if such disconnection is necessary in accordance with Applicable Law or pursuant to any direction from the TRAI or MIB or any government authority
A dditional Services. The Contractor shall not be compensated for any goods or services provided except those included in Exhibit and included in the Contract Amount unless those goods or services are covered by a written amendment to this Contract signed by FW and the Contractor, and a Purchase Order is issued by FW covering the expected cost of such services.   • Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.
