Additional Service. 4.1 You shall be responsible to pay the Representative for the provision of a Service.
Additional Service. In the event the FINAL USER wishes to use additional Data, Datasets, Software or any other material of the LICENSOR, the LICENSOR will grant to FINAL USER additional access by entering an additional license agreement against additional charge.

Executive agrees that, if requested by Merix or the surviving company following a Change of Control, Executive will continue his or her employment with Merix or the surviving company for a period of up to six months following the Change of Control in any capacity requested by Merix or the surviving company consistent with Executive's areas of professional expertise. During this period Executive shall receive the same salary and substantially the same benefits as in effect prior to the Change of Control. Executive shall not be entitled to any benefits provided by Section 4 if Executive fails to perform in accordance with this Section 5.
Additional Service. 4.1 Additional service or variations in the Service may be required after the date of execution of this Agreement and may be performed upon our prior written approval. Such written approval shall be evidenced by a change authorisation order (“Change Order”) or such other written authorisation as approved and signed by the Contact the Public Officer. In such case, a Change Order shall be issued within a reasonable time thereafter.
Additional Service. In the event the END USER wishes to use additional Data, Datasets, Software or any other material of the LICENSOR, the LICENSOR will grant to END USER additional access by entering an additional license agreement. Such an agreement may be against additional charge.
Additional Service. The Parties may agree to additional services during ------------------- the Term of this Agreement ("Additional Service"). Any Additional Service shall be set forth as an addendum to this Agreement and shall otherwise be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Additional Service. Additional Schedules may be entered into by the Parties to subscribe to additional or different features of the Software Service. Unless designated as replacing a specific outstanding Schedule, a new Schedule will be considered in addition to currently outstanding Schedules.
Additional Service. Xxxxxx State Bank may introduce new services or change the scope of our services from time to time. Xxxxxx State Bank will notify you of the existence of the new services. By using these services when they become available, you agree to be bound by the terms, rules and other instructions that will be made available to you concerning those new services.

Each Party agrees that the Shelter Management Agency shall be eligible to provide any service, subject to the conditions that such activities shall not interfere in performance of the obligation of the Parties, either directly or indirectly, under this Agreement. In case DUSIB believes that such additional service/ activity of the Shelter Management Agency is interfering the Services, it may issue guidelines to the Shelter Management Agency which it shall adhere to in providing the Services or any additional service.
Additional Service. In addition to the class notice requirements under this Agreement, the Interior Defendants shall use due diligence to provide all owners whose whereabouts are unknown with actual notice of the opportunity to convey their fractionated interests through the best means available.
