Optional Services definition

Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;

Optional Services means all services described in Section 5.

Optional Services means any services not included in the Annual Price that the Client and OCWA agree in writing to designate as “Optional Services” subject to Section 4.12.

Examples of Optional Services in a sentence

• Optional Services (may be negotiated at a later date if needed): The CONSULTANT shall coordinate with and assist the geotechnical engineer and/or structural engineer to develop mitigation strategies (when applicable).

• Charges for Optional Services: If you request and Lender agrees to provide optional services in connection with your loan, Lender may charge you and you agree to pay the fees for such services.

• Optional Services also include the use of specialized techniques instead of standard procedures.

• Although not an exhaustive list, we are not liable for: (i) exercising control over Provider; (ii) errors related to establishing and maintaining account relationships with Providers; or (iii) ensuring service levels with respect to the Optional Service(s).

• If an Enrollee receives Optional Services, an alternate Benefit will be allowed, which means the dental plan will base Benefits on the lower cost of the customary service or standard practice instead of on the higher cost of the Optional Service.

More Definitions of Optional Services

Optional Services. Means the services listed as optional services in the Framework Agreement Schedule 1 (Available Services)
