Required Services definition

Required Services means mental health and substance abuse treatment services and supports which are not reimbursable though the Iowa Medicaid fee-for-service program but which are the contractual responsibility of the contractor.

Required Services means the services that will be required of a Supplier appointed to the Framework Agreement as set out in Framework Schedule 1 (Service Requirements and Supplier Service Descriptions); Schedule means the schedules of this Framework Agreement;

Required Services means the Nextel and/or NDS products, services and capabilities identified on Exhibit 6.1 to the Joint Venture Agreement.
