Required Services means the services specified in Section 6 [Required Services].

• In its performance of the Required Services, Consultant shall comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, including the Chula Vista Municipal Code.

Required Services has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Services Agreement.

Required Services means the Nextel and/or NDS products, services and capabilities identified on Exhibit 6.1 to the Joint Venture Agreement.
