Additional Service definition

Additional Service means any Services/Deliverables within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.
Additional Service shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.
Additional Service has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(b).

Examples of Additional Service in a sentence

  • To the extent that the Parties reach a written agreement with respect to the provision and receipt of such Additional Service (including the Service Costs, the Service Period and any other relevant terms regarding such Additional Services), the Parties shall cooperate and act in good faith to add such Additional Service to Schedule A.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any failure by the Parties to amend Schedule A to include an Additional Service as described in this ‎Section 2.01(c) shall not excuse Service Provider from providing such Additional Service or SpinCo from paying any Service Costs or any other payment required to be made by SpinCo pursuant to this Agreement for any such Additional Service to the extent Service Provider provides, or causes the provision of, such Additional Service.

  • Each supplement to the applicable Schedule, as agreed to in writing by the Parties, shall be deemed part of this Agreement as of the date of such agreement and the Additional Service set forth therein shall be deemed a “Service” provided under this Agreement, in each case subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the relevant supplement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any failure by the Parties to amend Schedule A to include an Additional Service as described in this ‎Section 2.01(c) shall not excuse SpinCo from paying any Service Costs or any other payments to be made by SpinCo pursuant to this Agreement for any such Additional Service to the extent Service Provider provides, or causes the provision of, such Additional Service.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Service Provider shall not be obligated to provide (or cause to be provided), and the Service Recipients shall not be obligated to receive, any Additional Service unless agreed in writing by the Parties.

Additional Service means any Services within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work.
Additional Service means an optional or extra service not part of your price plan, for example, call plans, premium rate services, additional products and services added to your price plan, content, directory enquiry services and international services and/or third party services, and the charges for a service once any allowance is used up or where there is no allowance.
