Additional Service definition

Additional Service means any Services/Deliverables within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.
Additional Service shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.
Additional Service has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(b).

  • CAE shall then decide and communicate to the Customer if it wishes to provide such Additional Service and if so on what terms (including the related fees).

Additional Service means any Services within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work.
