Although we will try to assist you in resolving any such problems, you understand that any such errors, delays or other problems are the responsibility of the relevant Financial Institution. Any rights you may have against a Financial Institution for such errors, delays or other problems are subject to the terms of the agreements you have with such Financial Institution, including any time limits during which complaints must be made. Please see EFT Provisions (Consumers) in Section 7 in this Agreement for terms and conditions that apply to electronic funds transfers that debit or credit a consumer checking, savings or other asset account and are subject to Federal Reserve Board’s Regulation E.

You also understand if you provide the Credit Union with incorrect information, or if there is any error in your transfer request or other instruction, the Credit Union will make all reasonable efforts to reverse or delete the transfer request and/or instructions; but you accept full responsibility for losses resulting from your or any errors, duplication, ambiguities, or fraud in the information you provide. Consumer Liability Tell us at once if you believe your Service has been compromised or if someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without your permission. The best way to minimize your loss is to call us immediately. The unauthorized use of your Service could cause you to lose all of your money in your accounts, plus any amount available under your Overdraft Privilege.
