Federal Credit Union. You warrant the truth of the information contained in Your application for membership and/or in any subsequent representations to Us. You realize that such information will be relied upon by Us in determining Your membership eligibility. You hereby authorize Us, Our employees and agents to investigate and verify any information provided to Us by You. By signing below, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions found within Your application for membership and to the bylaws, rules and regulations of Cal State L.A. Federal Credit Union in effect from time to time. You further acknowledge receiving a copy of the "Agreements and Disclosures" related to Your Account(s) and You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions found therein. If Your application for membership is a joint application, any liability created by the use of Your Account is joint and several. You authorize any person, association, firm, corporation or personnel office to furnish information concerning Your affairs upon Our request, including, but not limited to, providing credit and employment history information. In addition to establishing a Savings Account, You may also from time to time request additional Accounts and/or Account Services be established on Your behalf and/or the addition of joint owner(s) of Your Account(s). Your signature below is Your continuing authorization for Cal State L.A. Federal Credit Union to follow Your written or verbal instructions to do so and You agree that Your continuing authorization will remain in effect unless We receive written instructions to the contrary. You hereby authorize Us to recognize any of the signatures subscribed herein in the payment of funds or the transaction of any business for Your Account(s). Federal Credit Union c) The IBEW & United Workers Federal Credit Union shall establish a vacation account for each employee covered by this Agreement and credit each with the percentage of their gross hourly wage for each hour worked as reported on monthly reports in the amounts required. The Union shall pay for all administrative expenses incurred in the operation of the plan other than those incurred within the individual employer’s own office.

Federal Credit Union. It may take 2 to 4 weeks to process a Balance Transfer request after your account is opened. You must continue paying each of your creditors until the requested Balance Transfer appears on your monthly billing statement sent to you by your creditor as a credit. Your other credit card account(s) will not be closed even if you transfer your entire balance(s). If you want to close an account, please contact your other creditors directly. Introductory or Promotional APRs on Balance transfers: If you take advantage of a 0% Introductory or Promotional Annual Percentage Rate (APR) balance transfer offer and then you use your Account to make new purchases, you can avoid paying interest on those new Purchases if you pay each month by payment due date, the amount that equals 1) the Minimum Payment Due, plus 2) the total outstanding Purchase balance; plus 3) the total of any outstanding balance(s) that is not at a 0% promotional APR, such as a cash advance; plus 4) any account fees. Transfers requested with Convenience Checks are processed as Cash Advances, not as Balance Transfers. If you have a dispute with a creditor and pay that creditor with a Balance Transfer or Convenience Check, you may lose certain dispute rights with that creditor. Credit Reports: You agree that we have a right to obtain a credit report in connection with our review of your application and if approved after we establish the Account, to administer the Account. You agree that we may report to others our credit experience with you. At your request we will provide the name and address of each consumer-reporting agency from which we obtained a report about you.

  • Credit Union Section 1. The Employer agrees to make payroll deductions available to employees who wish to participate in the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union, as designated by the Union, or any one of the credit unions duly chartered under State or Federal statutes and approved by the Employer.

  • Notice to Credit Union You agree that the Credit Union’s retention of checks or drafts does not alter or waive your responsibility to examine your statements or the time limit for notifying us of any errors. The statement will be considered correct for all purposes, and we will not be liable for any payment made or charge to your account unless you notify us in writing within the above time limit for notifying us of any errors. If you fail to receive a periodic statement, you agree to notify us within 14 days of the time you regularly receive a statement.

  • Credit Union Examination We may disregard any information on any check or draft other than the signature of the drawer, the amount, and any magnetic encoding. You agree that we do not fail to exercise ordinary care in paying an item solely because our procedures do not provide for sight examination of items.

  • Credit Union Liability If we do not properly complete a transaction according to this Agreement, we will be liable for your losses or damages not to exceed the amount of the transaction, except as otherwise provided by law. We will not be liable if: (1) your account contains insufficient funds for the transaction; (2) circumstances beyond our control prevent the transaction; (3) your loss is caused by your or another financial institution's negligence; or (4) your account funds are subject to legal process or other claim. We will not be liable for consequential damages, except liability for wrongful dishonor. We exercise ordinary care if our actions or nonactions are consistent with applicable state law, Federal Reserve regulations and operating letters, clearinghouse rules, and general financial institution practices followed in the area we serve. You grant us the right, in making payments of deposited funds, to rely exclusively on the form of the account and the terms of this Agreement. Any conflict regarding what you and our employees say or write will be resolved by reference to this Agreement.

  • Credit Union Deductions The Employer agrees to honor Credit Union deduction requests for members who have properly signed and executed the payroll deduction form. Such deduction shall remain in effect until the Employer is properly notified in writing by the employee of any change.

  • Federal Funding For an Authorized User using Federal funds, Contractor shall cooperate in adding to the Authorized User’s Agreement any Federal funding contract clauses necessary for the Authorized User’s Project. An Authorized User shall identify to Contractor, as a condition of using this Contract and during the RFQ process, whether Federal funds will be utilized for the Project.

  • Consumer If You are a consumer (defined by the FCA as any natural person acting for purposes outside his trade, business or profession), You must use reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation to insurers (which includes a failure to comply with the insurer’s request to confirm or amend particulars previously given). Failure to comply with this duty may mean that the policy is void and the insurer may not be liable to pay all or some of Your claim(s).

  • Federal Power Act None of the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is subject to regulation as a “public utility” under the Federal Power Act, as amended.

  • Credit Union Lien and Security Interest To the extent you owe the Credit Union money as a borrower, guarantor, indorser or otherwise, the Credit Union has a lien on any or all of the funds in any account in which you have an ownership interest at the Credit Union, regardless of the source of the funds. The Credit Union may apply these funds in any order to pay off your indebtedness without further notice to you. If the Credit Union chooses not to enforce its lien, the Credit Union does not waive its right to enforce the lien at a later time. In addition, you grant the Credit Union a consensual security interest in your accounts and agree the Credit Union may use the funds from your accounts to pay any debt or amount owed the Credit Union, except obligations secured by your dwelling, unless prohibited by applicable law. All accounts are nonassignable and nontransferable to third parties.

  • Meadow Protection Reasonable care shall be taken to avoid damage to the cover, soil, and wa- ter in xxxxxxx shown on Sale Area Map. Vehicular or skidding equipment shall not be used on xxxxxxx, ex- cept where roads, landings, and tractor roads are ap- proved under B5.1 or B6.422. Unless otherwise agreed, trees felled into xxxxxxx shall be removed by endlining. Resulting logging slash shall be removed where neces- sary to protect cover, soil, and water.
