  • In connection with the transfer of the Servicing Rights from Seller to Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement, Seller and Purchaser shall act in accordance with the Transfer Instructions, Agency Guidelines, and CFPB Bulletin 2014-01, dated August 19, 2014.
