Prepaid Card Account definition

Prepaid Card Account means a financial account at an FDIC-insured depository institution opened by a Student in connection with the Card Method.
Prepaid Card Account means the special account attached to the specific prepaid card/s issued to the Cardholder.
Prepaid Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • The amount withdrawn by the Cardholder, such as it is recorded by the ATM, shall be debited from the Cardholder’s Prepaid Card Account.

  • The Cardholder agrees to indemnify the BANK in respect of any outstanding debit balance on his Prepaid Card Account and recovery process may be followed in case of failure to settle the amount due.

Prepaid Card Account means the special account attached to the

Prepaid Card Account means the records we maintain to account for the value of claims associated with the Prepaid Card. “You” and “your” mean the person or persons who receive the Prepaid Card and are authorized to use it as provided for in this Agreement. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean the Issuer, and our successors, affiliates or assignees. You acknowledge and agree that the value available in the Prepaid Card Account is limited to the funds that have been loaded into the Prepaid Card Account on your behalf. You agree to sign the back of the Prepaid Card immediately upon receipt. The expiration date of the Prepaid Card is identified on the front of the Prepaid Card. The Prepaid Card is a prepaid card. The Prepaid Card is not connected in any way to any other account. The Prepaid Card is not a credit card. The Prepaid Card is not for resale. You will not receive any interest on the funds in the Prepaid Card Account. The Prepaid Card is the property of the Issuer and must be surrendered upon demand. The Prepaid Card is nontransferable and it may be canceled, repossessed, or revoked at any time without prior notice subject to applicable law. All funds associated with the Card shall be held by the Program Manager in an account with the Issuer for your benefit. The Prepaid Card is not designed for business use, and we may close it if we determine it is being used for business purposes. We may refuse to process any transaction that we believe may violate the terms of this Agreement. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, even if we are open. Any references to “days” customer service phone number provided in this Agreement on a separate piece of paper in case the Prepaid Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed. Keep the paper in a safe place. Please read this Agreement carefully and keep it for future reference.

Related to Prepaid Card Account

  • Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;

  • Prepaid Card means the MasterCard Prepaid Card that you have purchased from us;

  • Credit Card Receivables means each “payment intangible” (as defined in the UCC) together with all income, payments and proceeds thereof, owed by a Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor to a Loan Party resulting from charges by a customer of a Loan Party on credit or debit cards issued by such Credit Card Issuer in connection with the sale of goods by a Loan Party, or services performed by a Loan Party, in each case in the ordinary course of its business.

  • Credit Card Agreement means, with respect to a revolving credit card account, the agreements between an Account Owner and the Obligor governing the terms and conditions of such account, as such agreements may be amended, modified or otherwise changed from time to time and as distributed (including any amendments and revisions thereto) to holders of such account.

  • Credit Card Issuer means any Person (other than a Loan Party) who issues or whose members issue credit cards or debit cards, including, without limitation, MasterCard or VISA bank credit or debit cards or other bank credit or debit cards issued through MasterCard International, Inc., Visa, U.S.A., Inc. or Visa International and American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and other non-bank credit or debit cards, including, without limitation, credit or debit cards issued by or through American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. or Discover Financial Services, Inc.

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • Cardholder Account is the account of a Cardholder as represented by a Card.

  • Credit Card Advance Rate means 90%.

  • Account Receivable means, with respect to any Person, any and all rights of such Person to payment for goods sold and/or services rendered, including accounts, general intangibles and any and all such rights evidenced by chattel paper, instruments or documents, whether due or to become due and whether or not earned by performance, and whether now or hereafter acquired or arising in the future, and any proceeds arising therefrom or relating thereto.

  • Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.

  • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • Eligible Accounts Receivable means only such accounts receivable of the Borrower as the Bank, in its sole discretion, shall deem eligible. Without limiting the discretion of the Bank to consider any account receivable not to be an Eligible Account Receivable, and by way of example only of the types of accounts receivable that the Bank will consider not to be Eligible Accounts Receivable, notwithstanding any earlier classification of eligibility, the following accounts receivable shall not be considered Eligible Accounts Receivable: (i) any account receivable which is not paid in full within 90 days after it is created; (ii) any account receivable as to which any warranty is breached; (iii) any account receivable as to which the account debtor or other obligor disputes liability or makes any claim; (iv) any account receivable owed by any officer, director or shareholder of the Borrower or any of their relatives or any partnership, corporation, association, joint venture or other business entity wholly or partly owned or controlled directly or indirectly by the Borrower or any of them or any of their relatives; (v) any account receivable owed by any person as to whom a petition in bankruptcy or other application for relief is filed under any bankruptcy, reorganization, receivership, moratorium, insolvency or s law; (vi) any account receivable owed by any person who makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors, becomes insolvent, fails, suspends business, or goes out of business; (vii) any account receivable owed by the United States government or any agency of the United States government; (viii) any account receivable owed by any person if 10% or more in amount of the accounts receivable owed by such person to the Borrower are considered ineligible; (ix) consignment receivables; (x) bonded receivables; (xi) any account receivable constituting a retainage; (xii) any account receivable for goods which have not been shipped or work which has not been fully performed; (xiii) any account receivable owed by any person outside the United States of America, except account debtors approved in writing by the Bank (approved foreign account debtors are described on Exhibit B) ; (xiv) any account receivable owed by any person with whose creditworthiness the Bank becomes dissatisfied; and (xv) any account receivable in which the Bank does not have a perfected security interest constituting a first hen. In the event the Borrower owes any amount to any person that owes an account receivable to the Borrower, such amount owed by the Borrower shall be deducted from that portion of the account receivable which would otherwise qualify as an Eligible Account Receivable and only the difference thereof shall be considered an Eligible Account Receivable. No account receivable which does not qualify as an Eligible Account Receivable shall be considered an Eligible Account Receivable unless the Bank, upon the written request of the Borrower, states in writing that such account receivable is to be considered an Eligible Account Receivable.

  • Credit Card Processor means any servicing or processing agent or any factor or financial intermediary who facilitates, services, processes or manages the credit authorization, billing transfer and/or payment procedures with respect to any Borrower’s sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases by customers using credit cards or debit cards issued by any Credit Card Issuer.

  • Eligible Account Receivable means an Account Receivable owing to the Company or any Domestic Subsidiary which meets the following requirements:

  • Linked Account means any controlled disbursement account, controlled balance account or other deposit account maintained by a Collection Account Bank for the Parent, the Performance Guarantor, the Servicer, any Originator or any Affiliate thereof and linked to any Collection Account by a zero balance account connection or other automated funding mechanism or controlled balance arrangement.

  • Credit Card Agreements means all agreements now or hereafter entered into by any Borrower or for the benefit of any Borrower, in each case with any Credit Card Issuer or any Credit Card Processor with respect to sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases, including, but not limited to, the agreements set forth on Schedule 5.21(b) hereto.

  • Credit Card Notification has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11.

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Accounts Receivable means in respect of any Person, (a) all trade accounts and notes receivable and other rights to payment from customers and all security for such accounts or rights to payment, including all trade accounts receivable representing amounts receivable in respect of goods shipped or products sold or otherwise disposed of or services rendered to customers, (b) all other accounts and notes receivable and all security for such accounts or notes, and (c) any claim, remedy or other right relating to any of the foregoing.

  • Merchant Account means any account with an Acquirer or other Financial Institution, service provider, payment processor, independent sales organization, or other entity that enables an individual, a business, or other organization to accept payments of any kind.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Designated Accounts as used in any security agreement means both the Designated Accounts hereunder and the “Designated Accounts” in the comparable agreement entered into with respect to any other Pledgor.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.

  • Debit Card means a card issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.
