Card Method definition

Card Method shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a)(i)(C) of this Agreement.

Examples of Card Method in a sentence

  • Neither Party shall take any action under this Agreement that would result in the ACH Method being more burdensome for the Student than the Card Method.

  • School may override such Delivery Method Preference and select an alternative Delivery Method Preference, which such Delivery Method Preference shall not be the Card Method.

  • The Parties agree that those Services provided by TMS related to the delivery of Credit Balances via the Card Method constitute a Tier One Arrangement.

  • If School offers the Card Method, the provisions of this Section 2.4 are applicable to the Services offered in connection therewith.

  • If a recipient chooses the Debit Card Method, the fee to the recipient is then deducted from the amount of the transfer.

Related to Card Method

  • Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.

  • Standard Methods means the examination and analytical procedures set forth in the most recent edition of "Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater" published jointly by the American Public Health Association, the American Water Works Association, and the Water Pollution Control Federation.

  • DBS Card means a dried blood spot card aliquoted from the Cord Blood Sample for use in connection with Release.

  • Cardholder means any person to whom a Card is issued by the Bank.

  • Licensed Method means any method that is covered by a Valid Claim the use of which would constitute, but for the license granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement and Licensee’s co-ownership interest, an infringement, an inducement to infringe or contributory infringement, of any pending or issued claim within Patent Rights, had LICENSEE not had rights in patents and patent applications claiming Invention.
