Prepaid Card. The Card is a prepaid card. The Card is not a credit card and will not enhance your credit rating. You will not receive any interest on your Card value. The Card will remain the property of the Issuer and must be surrendered upon demand, it is non‑transferable and it may be cancelled, repossessed, or revoked at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. The Card is not designed for business use, and we may close your Card if we determine that it is being used for business purposes. We may refuse to process any transaction that we believe may violate the terms of this Agreement.

Activating Your Card. You cannot use the Card until it has been activated. Your Card Account may not have full functionality nor will you be able to access Card Account funds exceeding the dollar value established by either federal regulations and/or the Issuer (the “Excess Funds”) or reload your Card Account until successful completion of card registration and identity verification. As part of the activation, you will be required to provide your Social Security Number and date of birth if you did not do so while ordering your card. Although no credit history is required to obtain a Card, you authorize us to obtain information about you from time to time from credit reporting agencies, your employers and other third parties for our internal processes.
Prepaid Card. Client may elect for certain authorized individuals to receive a Prepaid Card (“Prepaid Card End User”).
Prepaid Card. (a) Upon verification of your GoldMoney Holding, you may apply for a GoldMoney Prepaid Card to be linked to your GoldMoney Holding. If your application is approved, you will be issued with a Prepaid Card by our third party banking partner, as in place from time to time;

The Physical Card or Virtual Card is provided to you as part of a customer incentive program sponsored by the Sponsor and is loaded by the Sponsor with a specific amount of funds. This Card is not a credit card or charge card that allows you to make purchases and pay later and using the Card will not affect your credit history. The Card is not connected in any way to any other account. You will not receive any interest on the funds on your Card. The Card will remain the property of the Bank and must be surrendered upon demand. The Card is nontransferable and may be canceled or revoked at any time without prior notice except as required by law. Unless your Card has been registered with us, the funds on your Card will NOT be insured by the FDIC or any other federal or state agency. You may register your Card by calling us 0-000-000-0000 or visiting xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/care and providing us your name, address and Card number. Registering your Card will also allow you to view your Card balance and transaction history at https:/xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxx and provide the additional security that may be required to allow you to use your Card for internet, mail and phone order purchases (as well as requesting a replacement Card if your Card is lost or stolen).

If you would like to enable additional functionalities such as reloads, direct deposit, international use, or ATM or other cash access, or ensure your card is protected by FDIC insurance and certain error resolution protections, you must register your card, and we must be able to verify your information. If you do not register your card with, at a minimum, your name and address, your funds will not be FDIC insured. You are responsible for notifying us immediately upon any change to your address, phone number, or email address. If your address changes to a non-U.S. address, we may cancel your card and return your funds in accordance with this agreement.
