Credit Card Agreements definition

Credit Card Agreements means all agreements now or hereafter entered into by any Borrower or for the benefit of any Borrower, in each case with any Credit Card Issuer or any Credit Card Processor with respect to sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases, including, but not limited to, the agreements set forth on Schedule 5.21(b) hereto.
Credit Card Agreements means all agreements now or hereafter entered into by Borrower with any Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor as the same may now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

More Definitions of Credit Card Agreements

Credit Card Agreements means those certain credit card receipts agreements, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, and each of which is among Agent, the applicable Credit Party, and one of such Credit Party’s Credit Card Processors, whereby, among other things, such Credit Card Processor is irrevocably directed and agrees to transfer all proceeds of credit card charges for sales by such Credit Party received by it (or other amounts payable by such Credit Card Processor) into a designated Concentration Account on a daily basis or such other periodic basis as Agent may otherwise direct.
Credit Card Agreements means those certain credit card receipts agreements, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent and each of which is among Agent, the applicable member of the Borrowing Group and the applicable Credit Card Processors.
