Credit Card Issuer definition

Credit Card Issuer means any person (other than a Borrower or other Loan Party) who issues or whose members issue credit cards, including, without limitation, MasterCard or VISA bank credit or debit cards or other bank credit or debit cards issued through MasterCard International, Inc., Visa, U.S.A., Inc. or Visa International and American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Carte Blanche and other non-bank credit or debit cards, including, without limitation, credit or debit cards issued by or through American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., and Novus Services, Inc. and other issuers approved by the Agent.
Credit Card Issuer s reimbursement fee" means the fee a taxpayer receives from a merchant's bank because one of the persons to whom the taxpayer has issued a credit card has charged merchandise or services to the credit card.
Credit Card Issuer means any person who issues or whose members issue credit cards used by customers of any Borrower to purchase goods, including, without limitation, MasterCard or VISA bank credit or debit cards or other bank credit or debit cards, and American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, and other non-bank credit or debit cards.
