Potential Project definition

Potential Project shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.3(b)(ii).
Potential Project means each of the potential projects listed on the Potential Projects List.
Potential Project means (i) the Elk Run RNG Project; (ii) the Hickory Ridge RNG Project; (iii) the Hoosier RNG Project; (iv) the Lakeway RNG Project; (v) the Rolling Xxxxxxx RNG Project; (vi) the West Kentucky/Xxxxxxxx RNG Project; or (vii) the Wexford County RNG Project.
