The Controlled Environment clause defines the specific conditions and settings under which certain activities, processes, or equipment must operate to ensure safety, quality, or compliance. Typically, this clause outlines requirements such as temperature, humidity, cleanliness, or access restrictions that must be maintained in designated areas, like laboratories or manufacturing clean rooms. By establishing these standards, the clause helps prevent contamination, ensures product integrity, and supports regulatory compliance, thereby reducing operational risks and safeguarding outcomes.
Controlled Environment. Forced under floor air cooling will be supplied through strategically placed vented tiles throughout the data hall. Cooled air will, as standard, be supplied to the front of the rack. Average data hall return air temperature is measured at Ingress points above the air conditioning units and will be 24 degrees Centigrade within a tolerance of plus or minus 2 degrees Centigrade. Humidity will be maintained at 50% within a tolerance of plus or minus 10%.
Controlled Environment. The Site Operator assures Community, City, and neighborhood the TSOS will be appropriately staffed, have two or more program staff on site at all times, and have safety measures in place, provide the needed support services, and will be mindful of, and will be held strictly accountable for, the Property’s immediate surroundings.
