Expansion Project definition

Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

Expansion Project means a project of a type within the Scope of the Enterprise undertaken within the Enterprise involving the expansion of an existing Enterprise operation, facility or venture, including any mine or refinery. New Project means a project of a type within the Scope of the Enterprise undertaken within the Enterprise involving the development of a new mine, refinery or other operation or facility on Enterprise land, tenements or otherwise within Enterprise concession rights.
